Main Features for Australian Industry

1. The Shearing Unit adopts double-column shearing dies. This ensures a clean, flat interface with no waste, burrs, or droop—essential for high-quality switchboard fit-outs.

2. The Punching Unit features an integral six-mode turnplate (turntable). This design guarantees that the upper and lower moulds are absolutely in the centre, improving concentricity and extending die life.

3. The Bending Unit utilises a closed bending structure. This provides more uniform pressure during horizontal bending and embossing, significantly improving repeat positioning accuracy in mass production—ideal for transformer and switchgear manufacturing.
